The home features whole-property Wi-Fi with enterprise-grade access points, a six-camera CCTV system, and a fully integrated intruder alarm. Entertainment is delivered via discreet in-ceiling speakers, soundbars, and wall-mounted TVs in key living zones, including the open-plan kitchen and dining area—ensuring the property is as entertaining as it is secure.
