Preventative Care & Maintenance

Our services can include proactive annual general maintenance visits to ensure not only that systems are fully functioning but are up to date with the most advanced software and are working to their optimum capability. The visits would focus on:

  • Software diagnostics & updates

  • Testing network components

  • System enclosure cleaning when required

  • AV components functionality check

  • Remote capabilities check

  • Perform recommended firmware upgrades

  • Speaker test

  • Inspection of projector filters and lamps

  • Minor programming changes and improvements

Service Level Agreements
